Over the past 30 years, Greg Mann has been an integral member of the Greater San Antonio Area Business and Commercial Real Estate Communities. He currently serves as Managing Principal, Development for Milam Real Estate Capital, LLC as well as the Managing Member for Mann Venture Partners, LLC. Prior to his current venture, Greg served as President of Birnbaum Property Company, which he co-founded in 2002. Throughout his career, Greg has overseen the development, acquisition/disposition, financing, and/or asset management of more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate projects with a combined value exceeding $1 billion.
Greg earned undergraduate degrees in both Finance and Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Greg remains involved in a variety of professional and community-based organizations. In addition to serving as part of the Board of Trustees for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS), he is a past board member for the local chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and currently serves as a board member for the Gold Chapter of YPO, serves as Chairman for The President’s Council for The Real Estate Council of San Antonio. is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Golden Circle for the Texas Biomedical Research Institute, and the Governor’s Club of San Antonio. In the past, Greg has served as a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee to the San Antonio Water Systems and as a board member for the Alamo Heights/Ft. Sam Houston Youth Soccer League.
